Sarah Hill RGN, RNT, BSc(Hons) (Practice Manager)
Sarah joined our Cardiff practice in 2000 and is responsible for the overall management and smooth running of the practice. Sarah is a fully qualified Registered General Nurse who has worked extensively in both the NHS and BUPA. She has a degree in Health Care & Nursing Studies and is also qualified Nurse Tutor. Sarah is particularly interested in standards of care and patient communication. Having worked closely with patients for many years Sarah is very much a ‘people’ person who loves to meet & chat with our patients. She is very receptive to any feedback, questions or even complaints if you have any. Her personal motos are ‘do your best in everything you do’ and ‘aim to treat others as you would your most loved relative’.
Val Tanner (Senior Receptionist/Treatment Co ordinator)
Val is our very friendly, bubbly and sunnysenior receptionist who is well liked by everyone who meets her. She takes the time to get to know all our patients and greets everyone with genuine interest and warmth. Val has overall responsibility for the smooth running of reception and the appointment diary. She works closely with the whole team to ensure that your appointments runs smoothly.
Suzanne Verkroost BDS (VDP Dentist) GDC Reg:194461
Suzie joined our team in 2008 having qualified from Cardiff. She is currently undertaking a post graduate vocational training course in general practice. Suzie has a particular interest in Cosmetic & Bridge work & children’s dentistry.
Rachel Jenkins (Dental Nurse) GDC Reg: 110088
Rachel qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2001 as is fully registered with the General Dental Council. Rachel has a long and solid background in dental nursing having worked in general practice for nine years. Rachel is fully qualified in dental radiography and ensures our practice maintains its high standards in this area.
Sue Harris (Dental nurse / Treatment Co ordinator) GDC Reg:113924
Sue is our treatment co ordinator, enabling her to discuss treatment options with patients. She also a fully qualified Dental Nurse. Sue has made a great addition to the practice with her bubbly personality.
Emma Williams (Dental Therapist) GDC Reg:116490
Emma is our dental therapist and qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 2008. Emma has extensive experience in providing effective advice in the prevention of gum disease and the premature loss of teeth. She provides regular hygiene therapy to our patients and also advices and educates patients on dental hygiene, as needed. As a therapist Emma is extremely qualified to provide permanent filling, stain removal therapist and cosmetic tooth whitening.
Milena Kleszynska (Dental Nurse) GDC Reg:191641
Milena is our new member of staff, having joined us in September 2010. Milena brings a weath of experience and a keen interest in cross infection control having specialised in this field at Cardiff Dental School.
Alice Eastman (Dental Nurse) GDC Reg:148606
Alice has joined us after working for cosmetic dental practices in London and brings a wealth of experience in these fields.
