Your First Visit
Whatever the reason for your first visit please let us know how we can help you.
Talking to us prior to an emergency appointment can put your mind at ease and also help us assist you in the most appropriate way.
If you’d like to call in to meet us – contact us and we can arrange for our treatment co-ordinator to meet you and talk to you over a coffee about how you would like us to help you.
If you are attending your first full oral health assessment you will have been sent two forms – a medical history form and a dental menu. Please bring these with you. We will then fully assess all aspects of your dental health – your teeth, gums, oral soft tissues and appearance. We may need to take some dental radiographs which will be explained to you. We will then give you a full overview of the condition of your current dental health and outline anything that might be required to achieve and maintain an excellent level of oral health.
